This forum, sponsored by Churches Connected for Community Care, presents useful information, strategies, techniques, and results-oriented ideas for individual and family wellness. These practical sessions address health promotion and disease prevention, in addition to proven best practices for achieving spiritual, physical, and mental wellness at the individual and family levels.


HEALTHY LIVING
Learn nutrition information and healthy eating tips that will assist you in developing a healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family. Learn what role food selections, shopping, meal preparation, calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates play in health, wellness, and weight management.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS AND REVIVAL
Sessions by anointed teachers and preachers will revive your soul through the powerful Word of God. Learn Bible-based principles for maintaining and improving spiritual wellness for individuals, couples, and families.

MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Learn tips and tools for maintaining mental and spiritual wellness, and conquering depression, emotional trauma, stress, and psychological assaults that threaten our lives and well being.
